Book Review by Aeriel T.
Spirit Walker
I read a book called Spirit Walker by Michelle Paver. In the sequel to Wolf Brother, Torak once again must save the forest from extinction. A fatal disease was sent out into the forest by a dangerous foe, The Soul Eaters. Will Torak be able to save the forest in time? Find out in Spirit Walker. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to know the true story of the forest. I would give this book 4 stars because of its mind-blowing action.
Book Review by Jaden S.
I read and loved Larue for Mayor which was written by Mark Teague. The dog Larue who is the main character in the story accidentally injures his owner Gertrude, by accidentally knocking a hot dog stand over. While his owner Gertrude is in the hospital Larue starts a gang and creates mischief. Bugwort who is another main character is running for mayor, but he is starting to dislike dogs because of all the mischief that has been created. Bugwort wants to ban dogs from the town. Larue decides to run against Bugwort for mayor. Later Bugwort decides to offer Larue a job as assistant mayor. After all the trouble Gertrude never found out. I would highly recommend this book to anyone because it is very funny and descriptive.
